Shipping & Returns Policy
At Maadwo, we hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with eligible returns for UK orders.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

- Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed.

- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including cotton dust bag.

- All tags must still be attached.

- Items must be free from perfume, makeup stains or damage.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
Important Notes:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Maadwo is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time however, if you would like a different item, colour or style, please return your eligible item in accordance with our returns policy. Once your return has been approved and your refund processed, you are welcome to place a new order through our website.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the matter.

Once approved, you must ship the item back within 5 days and provide a valid tracking number.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
